Payments and Fees

Wedding Clients

  • All booking and payment information will be provided upon inquiry.

Non-Wedding Clients

  • A non-refundable retainer fee of $35 is required to book your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, and Venmo. No cards or checks.

  • All payments, including retainer fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Delays

Wedding Clients

  • Please refer to your contract for details.

Non-Wedding Clients

  • If you arrive over 15 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and your retainer will be kept by the artist. To reschedule, you must pay a new retainer fee.

Non-Wedding Services

  • Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Your retainer will be kept by the artist. To reschedule, you must pay a new retainer fee.

Right to Refuse Service

  • The artist reserves the right to leave the premises and refuse service if they feel uncomfortable, threatened, or verbally abused.

  • If any open facial wounds, unsanitary conditions, or potentially infectious skin conditions are observed, the artist may refuse service.

  • Report any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before application. A sample test of makeup may be performed if needed.

  • If the client is feeling sick or has a fever, the artist may refuse service.

On Location Requirements

  • Large, Clean Working Surface: Provide a spacious and clean area to accommodate all tools and equipment.

  • Nearby Outlet: Ensure access to a power outlet for any electrical equipment & lighting.

  • Natural Light: If possible, set up near a source of natural light to assist with achieving the best makeup results.

  • Away from Food & Beverage Areas: Position the setup away from food and drink areas to maintain a hygienic environment.

Additional Fees

  • Early Bird/Evening Fee: Applies to start times before 8am or after 6pm, determined upon booking.

  • Parking Fee: Any parking, valet, or toll fees must be covered by the client, if applicable.

  • Travel Fee: Determined upon booking, if applicable.

  • Tampered Kit Fee: A $40 charge per offense if any item in Becca’s kit is broken or tampered with.

  • Holiday Fee: An additional $150 that must be paid when booking. Applies to all major holidays.

  • Sunday Fee: An additional $50 that must be paid when booking. Applies to non-wedding clients only.
